Filipino Dishes

Adobo - It is a popular Filipino dish and cooking process in Philippine cuisine that involves meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, bay leaves, and black peppercorns, which is browned in oil and simmered in marinade. 






Lechon - This dish consists of a pig between the age of two and six weeks. It is traditionally cooked whole, often roasted, in various cuisines. It is usually prepared for special events and gatherings.



Bulalo - It is a beef dish here in the Philippines. It's a light colored soup made by simmering beef shanks and bone marrow until the collagen and fat dissolve into the clear broth. Leafy vegetables, corn on the cob, scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce are the common ingredients.









Sisig - It is a Filipino dish made from pig's face and belly, as well as chicken liver, and is typically seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers.









Pancit Palabok - It is a Filipino Rice Noodle Dish. This Recipe makes use of thin noodles known as bihon.
